Let’s take apart a pair of Winning training gloves to see what’s inside
The 16-ounce Winning uses a 2-layer padding structure.
The yellow padding is medium soft sponge and it completely covers the glove, they didn't add extra padding to the wrist, they just sewed the padding in to make it look like an extra attachment.
The white padding is medium-soft and high-rebound EVA, which can help maintain the natural curve of the fist. When attached to the yellow padding, it can produce a certain fist landing angle.
The grip is a black cylinder that resembles a stress relief toy when pinched.
They use the leather as a second grip bar.
We trained with it before taking it apart, but the lining was still damp after a long period of air drying, and the lining material is not breathable but waterproof.
