Packages returned to us without communication will be refused.
To return/exchange an item, please be sure to comply with the following items:
1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for return/exchange matters.
2. The product must not be obviously damaged, please send it back in the original packaging.
3. Please provide proof of purchase.
4. We will return artificially damaged or counterfeit goods.
5. We do not provide return/exchange applications for discounted and promotional items.
6. If we lower the selling price, you can request a refund of the difference within 14 days.
7. Return/exchange can only be done once. The second return/exchange can still be done, but you will be blacklisted.
8. Our leather uses unground full-grain leather. It is normal for the leather to have cow scars. We do not accept returns due to leather appearance factors.
9. The courier company will charge additional freight for remote areas. If you refuse to pay the additional freight, we will issue a refund and the transaction fee incurred will not be refunded.
10. If the package is lost, please contact the local courier company first, and then send us the complaint number provided by the courier company. We will refund the money once we receive compensation from the courier company. If your package is confirmed to have been stolen, please contact your local police office for assistance. We will assist in the investigation but will not be responsible for the loss of packages caused by the customer's wrong address.
Note: Free shipping products will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee, and we do not accept international returns/exchanges.
